At CTech, we believe the solution to Guam’s skilled labor shortage lies in equipping, engaging, and empowering our young people. Our vision is for each graduate to enter the local workforce as a certified technician, committed to revitalizing our communities with knowledge rooted in cultural values.

Our Mission

CTech’s mission is to:

We provide rigorous, relevant academic and technical education, empowering students to invest in the future of Micronesia. Students gain employable skills and can earn college credits and nationally recognized certifications in various technical fields.

Our Motivation

With a significant portion of Guam’s students lacking technical skills post-graduation, CTech aims to bridge this gap. High school CTE students have a 93% graduation rate, and participation in CTE programs enhances academic motivation, engagement, and employability.
